【Activity Review | Sailing Against the Wind · Creating the Future ✨

Organised by 里程131 and with 愛孩子慈善基金有限公司 as the beneficiary, the “Sailing Against the Wind · Creating the Future” activity was successfully held on 13 January 2024. More than 100 young people gathered at 坑口社區會堂 and spent an afternoon full of inspiration and healing!

🔹 Three exciting themed activities:
🎯 Floor curling: Everyone immersed themselves in a competitive atmosphere, releasing stress through physical activity and improving emotional health 💪
🎨 Alcohol ink painting: Participants used their creativity to paint their inner emotional worlds, producing works full of personal style and healing energy
🕶️ VR/AR scenario experience: Immersive interactive design allowed young people to understand the importance of emotional expression and improve self-awareness 🧠

The activity not only increased everyone’s awareness of mental health, but also encouraged young people to express themselves, release emotions and build confidence through diverse methods.
