🎋 BAMBOO Parent-Child WORKSHOP | Activity Review

This parent-child workshop stepped outside the classroom, bringing children and adults into nature together for a creative, hands-on bamboo experience at “鄉師自然學校”.

The outdoor activity was themed “a playground built with bamboo”. The facilities included climbing frames, slides and swings, all built from natural bamboo. In a safe environment, the children challenged themselves, ran, climbed and explored freely, while the adults also joined in the interaction and made unforgettable parent-child memories.

The indoor session involved making “small bamboo models”. Participants built their own bamboo creations by hand. Through the process, the children not only learned basic structural principles, but also trained their concentration and creativity through craftwork.

The entire activity was filled with laughter and surprises. It also gave everyone a deeper understanding and appreciation of bamboo, a sustainable material. We believe that letting children touch nature and create with their own hands is the most valuable way to learn.
