Activity objective: Master basic digital-drawing techniques in three hours and complete a personal portrait artwork
As digital creation becomes increasingly widespread, we specially organised this “Japanese-Style Digital Drawing CSP Class” so that young people could easily access professional digital-drawing tools and software. In a short time and with high efficiency, the class helped participants complete their first digital illustration.
The day’s course content included:
- Wacom drawing tablet operation
- Basic applications of CLIP STUDIO PAINT software
- Explanation of colouring techniques and the concept of layers
- Completing a personal-style portrait step by step
Based on Japanese-style illustration, the instructor guided every participant progressively from the beginning of digital drawing. The class atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable, and participants showed great engagement and enthusiasm for creating. Even participants with no prior experience could complete their own character artwork in just one day, producing an exciting result!
