✨ Hong Kong Children's Fashion Week | Activity Review

Activity objective: Encourage children from every background to make a positive impact on the world

Children have unlimited potential and creativity. When given a stage, they can all shine. On 29 September 2019, we organised “Hong Kong Children’s Fashion Week”, providing children with an opportunity to confidently express themselves, perform bravely under the spotlight and show their individual charm.

That day, children of different backgrounds and ages put on carefully prepared outfits and walked the red carpet with confidence. The applause from below never stopped; the smiles and encouragement from parents and audience members gave the children even more courage and confidence.

The activity was not only a fashion celebration. More importantly, it helped children understand that, regardless of their family background, appearance, language or culture, everyone can bring positive change to the world by bravely being themselves and making use of their strengths.

Thank you to all the participating children, parents and backstage team for their hard work, which filled this Children’s Fashion Week with warmth and moving moments. In the future, we hope to continue creating more platforms for children to learn and grow, so that they can embrace their dreams and move forward bravely!
