Everyone has the right to express their emotions and needs.

The “Caring Free Clinic” organised by “沙探心空間” warmly invites you to a caring psychological counselling activity. This free clinic aims to:
– Help participants understand their own emotional state
– Identify the risk of post-traumatic stress
– Provide free psychological counselling
– Share practical methods for emotional regulation
Through sandplay expressive therapy and other approaches, the activity lets you explore your inner self, release emotions and broaden your psychological perspective in a safe space.
