🌕【Mid-Autumn Recap | I’m a Little Chef】Moon Round, Families Together—We Wrapped Our Blessings into Mooncakes!

Let’s look back at the day’s wonderful moments and learn how to make “Simple Snow-Skin Mooncakes”👇:
🧑🍳【Easy Snow-Skin Mooncake DIY】
✨Ingredients:
· Snow-skin mooncake flour
· Filling (blueberry / mung bean paste)
· Water
· Solid vegetable oil
· Mooncake mould
· Scale
👩🍳Steps:
1️⃣ Mix the snow-skin mooncake flour with water and solid vegetable oil, stirring clockwise until no lumps remain.
2️⃣ Knead into a dough that does not stick to your hands.
3️⃣ Divide the dough and filling into 25-gram portions and roll them into balls.
4️⃣ Flatten the dough skin, wrap it around the filling and roll it into a ball again.
5️⃣ Place it in the mould and gently press out the pattern.
6️⃣ Finished! Enjoy immediately or chill before serving~
