“When the frequency is right, change happens naturally.”

On the evening of 3 March, Child Cares Foundation joined hands with 沙探心空間 to successfully hold the “Blessing Night · Sound Healing” workshop. The activity was personally led by Irisa, founder of 沙探心空間, and provided a sustainable psychological recovery approach for people living under long-term high pressure.

We observed an overlooked phenomenon: emotional debt affects everyday and working life to some extent. Traditional “rest” or “meals together” may not reach deep-seated pressure, while sound healing has advantages on three levels:

1. Non-verbal intervention, with no need to force people to share trauma, substantially lowering the psychological barrier.

2. A neuroscience basis: research has shown that the singing bowl’s 85 to 110 Hz frequency can lower cortisol levels.

3. Maximised efficiency: a 90-minute session can produce physiological recovery equivalent to four hours of deep sleep.

This is not mysticism; it is evidence-based emotional infrastructure. The ritual transforms an intangible experience of frequency into a concrete commitment you can carry with you. Healing is not the endpoint; it is the starting point for sustained resilience.

Thank you to Irisa of 沙探心空間 for our professional collaboration, and to all the participants who chose to “take care of yourself first”. Your courage is the scarcest resource in this field.
